When these are discussed with highly qualified candidates, even those who were not previously looking to move, they either develop a strong interest or together we determine there is not a match.
When there is a potential match, I help candidates best present their qualifications for the specific opportunity, help hiring managers learn the candidate’s key motivators and help both develop accurate offer expectations.
When there are concerns, we work toward resolution before an offer is extended.
Conversations begin early with candidates to get them to not even think about taking a counter offer.
