For the past 10 years Tom has had successful careers with executive recruiting companies MRI and Sterling Partners.
Before starting executive recruiting and career couching, Tom was a sales manager for numerous fortune 500 companies in New England, New York and North Carolina.
He also owned his own company after he left corporate America. He joined
Sterling Partners in 2009.
Tom says that his success in sales management, owning a company and recruiting/career couching is based on the premise that the end result must work for all parties involved.
