Sterling Partners offers a variety of search
options
Several of the search options available to your organization are as follows:
Full Retainer Search - A refined process whereby we dedicate 100% of our Executive Recruiters and Project Management staff
plus utilize the combined resources of our electronic link to all of our individual offices
for the rapid identification of two or three qualified and interested candidates to your specialized requirements.
We provide maximum quality of candidates after contacting an average of 80-100 companies, candidate exclusivity (candidates will not be presented to any other clients during this time),
extended (full
replacement) guarantee, personality profile and testing, videoconferencing capabilities, 24 hour password protected virtual project status on the internet, and reference/education checks.
A fee equal to (% set by individual recruiter) of the candidate's first year expected base compensation with a
1/3 deposit to initiate the search, an additional 1/3 is due at set
period of time, and the remainder is due when the candidate commences employment.
Priority Search - A search whereby we assemble and coordinate an Executive Recruiter and Project Management
staff plus utilize the combined resources of our offices for the rapid identification of qualified candidates to your specific requirements.
We provide maximum quality of candidates after contacting an average of 50-75 companies,
30 to 90 day (full replacement) guarantee, discounted videoconferencing, 24 hour password protected virtual project status on the internet and complete reference/education checks.
A set flat fee is required to initiate each search, and is deducted from the
fee of the candidate's first year expected income. Should we not provide a qualified candidate that meets your hiring expectations, we will apply the initial fee to your next
search.
Contingency Search - A search process whereby we are able to allocate time available resources, research our available company wide candidates and work with you to identify two or three qualified and interested candidates.
A set (full replacement) guarantee period is included for a service fee of
20% to 30% of the candidate's first year compensation. This search type does not require a deposit.
